Product Owner (consulting)
Searching Pi is looking for a Product Owner who can take ownership of data and AI products at one of our enterprise clients.
What you would do
As a Product Owner, you take ownership of data and AI products built on a central data platform. You act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
On projects, you will:
- Own and drive the vision, roadmap and backlog for one or multiple data and analytics or AI products
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities and constraints
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories
- Align priorities across multiple stakeholders and coordinate with other Product Owners
- Collaborate daily with technical teams (data engineers, analysts, AI engineers) to ensure correct and timely delivery
- Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on business value, dependencies and feasibility
- Facilitate product-related meetings and workshops
- Monitor progress, manage expectations and communicate transparently with all stakeholders
- Ensure delivered data products create real impact and are adopted by the business
You operate in a complex enterprise environment, balancing strategic goals, operational needs and technical realities.
Who we are looking for
You are a strong communicator and decision-maker who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and feels comfortable owning products in a data- and technology-driven context.
You have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience with stakeholder management at different levels of an organization
- Experience owning and prioritizing backlogs and roadmaps
- The ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
- Affinity with data, analytics and AI products (hands-on technical expertise is not required)
- Experience working in agile environments
You also:
- Are fluent in Dutch (required)
- Have a good knowledge of English
- Are based in Belgium and open to a hybrid working model
- Certification in Agile, Scrum or project management (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, SAFe) is a plus
