Together with the client, we designed and delivered an automated, SAP‑integrated capex reporting solution managing ~€300M in annual financial investments. This enabled executives, portfolio managers, and project managers to move from manual reporting to real‑time insight and proactive financial control. We were able to combine business understanding, data visualization, and data engineering in a high‑impact transformation project.
